To open an account for on-site services and delivered products, please fill out the appropriate application below.

Paying your account

Payments are due on the 20th of the month following the account statement.

Embrun Co-op accepts online payments for your invoices and statements. We are registered with all major Canadian banks.

Use your member number as the account number.

We also accept cheque or debit card payments at our offices, located at 924 Notre-Dame Street, Embrun.

Please note that credit card payments made in person are subject to a 3% fee.

Make the most of your membership card

Your membership card gives you access to a variety of benefits across our different divisions and retail locations throughout the year, while allowing your purchases to contribute to the co-oprative's shared revenues.

Present your card

To contribute to shared revenus and be eligible for an annual patronage dividend, present your membership card when making purchases at our participating divisions and retails locations:

How are your purchases accumulated?
Your purchases are recorded directly in your member account, not on your card. Your membership card is therefore not a payment or points card like a PC Optimum.

How does the patronage cheque work?
At the end of our fiscal year, your total eligible purchases made throughout the year are calculated. Your patronage dividend is then determined based on the percentage established for the year. A minimum annual purchase amount must be reached to be eligible to receive a patronage cheque.
