On April 2nd, 1951, women attended the annual general meeting for the first time. It was during this assembly that they encouraged the improvement of the co-op’s grocery services which has brought us to where we are today.

The Co-op Embrun partnership with Your Independent Grocer and Loblaws Companies ltd. allows us to provide you and your family with a full array of grocery items. The Co-op Embrun Independent Division offers name brand, Presidents Choice, and No Name products across it’s fifteen departments.
Through our partnership we’ve been fortunate to be able to continue to support Canadian family dairy businesses by offering products proudly displaying their affiliation with the Dairy Farmers of Canada Association.
