Become a member by clicking the button below and filling out the "Membership Purchase Request" form. The cost of a membership is $100. It is valid for life and is refundable at any time. There is no cancellation fee.

Embrun Co-op is a co-operative business.
This means it belongs to its members — people like you who choose to join. In other words, by becoming a member, you become a co-owner of the Co-op.

SHARED REVENUE
Receive patronage dividends at the end of each fiscal year. Over the last 15 years, more than $2.5 million has been distributed to members as dividends.
MEMBER PROMOTIONS
Take advantage of numerous member-only promotions throughout the year. For example: 5¢ off per litre at our gas stations, Tax-Free Days at RONA, and 2% off feed.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my patronage cheque?
You will receive patronage at the end of each fiscal year in the form of a cheque. This cheque is issued and mailed to you in July of the year following the fiscal year end.
Eg: Fiscal year 2023-2024 -> Ends August 30th, 2024 -> Cheques will be issued and mailed out July 2025
How is patronage calculated?
Your patronage is calculated based on the total amount you spend across our divisions. Purchases are counted only when you present your member card at the time of purchase.*
Every year, at our Annual General Meeting held in December, the Board of Directors presents the proposed patronage allocation for the previous fiscal year. Members are invited to vote on the proposal, and if approved, the patronage amount is finalized.
*Purchases made before receiving your member card are not counted.
Can I change the name on my membership?
Absolutely, in order to change the name that appears on your share you need to fill out and sign the form below. All original names on the account must sign in order to change any name on the account.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel a share at any time. Just fill out the form below and make sure each person whose name is on the share signs.
